ABOUT PES LAETUS

Many of us are lucky to have little wrong with your feet, but our busy lifestyles often lead to neglect - we just don't give our feet the maintenance they need.

Our clients include young and old, from those who just like to have their feet pampered to folk suffering from the affects of diabetes, arthritis and mobility problems.

Contact us today to make an appointment, we can usually see you within a few days of your enquiry.

We follow the Opti-Stride four-point assessment plan when prescribing your orthotics:

Biomechanical Assessment - We will examine your posture from top to toe looking at the position of the head, back, pelvis, knees, ankles and feet.

Range of motion tests - We conduct a suite of tests on the range of motion of your articulated joints of the foot and toes, the motion available at the ankle and sometimes the knee and hip. Occasionally it is beneficial to test 'glute' strength.

Results - We then discuss our findings with you to ensure you are aware of the benefits of personalised OPTI-STRIDE orthotics to you.

3D Foot Scan - Using the latest 3D scanning technology, we then scan both feet and take pictures of your Posture and foot position. This information is then sent to our Laboratory in Oxford where it is analysed and a CAD program is developed to enable us to mill-off to the highest quality, millimetre perfect, prescription devices. These devices are then finished by hand with anti-bacterial non-slip top covers. We pride ourselves on our double-checked quality control procedures.

HAPPY PES LAETUS CLIENTS

"I've been getting pain from the soles of my feet and the knuckles of my big toes.  I hadn't realised how flat my feet were. An orthotic insole from Pes Laetus has made every step - a happy step."

"I've recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.  You hear many horror stories about diabetes and foot care.  I was really getting very anxious until I met Tahir, who put me at my ease.

“My ingrowing toe nails are no more, thanks to Tahir.”
